BASIC FOOD SAFETY TRAINING

A one-day applied learning program for Food Handler Food safety training is an essential component of every food business in ensuring a food safety culture. It is a legal requirement that staff involved in a food environment are adequately trained and/or supervised commensurate with their work activity. To guide the staff in proper direction lies clearly on the management team of every food business. This is the case for all staff whether they are part-time, full-time or casual, or whether they are employed in the public or private sector. Therefore, the key to maintaining a high level of food safety is to strive for a higher level of competent team members to be fully prepared and managed in all aspects in order to produce safe food in accordance with current legislation and in line with best practice.
Who has to do the training:
All staff who work in Food Establishment.

PERSON IN CHARGE ADVANCED CERTIFICATION

Two-day applied learning programme for Supervisor/Manager who is responsible for the entire shift of operations in a (manufacturing, catering., retail and food service sectors). PIC Is the key personnel responsible for Cross Contamination Prevention, Active Managerial Control, Time and Temperature Control, Developing Hygiene Standards, etc. He is ultimately responsible for updating in food watch platform we ensure our attendees leave the classroom with complete understanding of food watch usage and responsibilities. We do live time demonstration of food watch and ensure all of them capable of doing it independently.
For High Risk Food Establishments Catering/Hotel/Restaurant/Manufacturers etc.
